Thank you for your interest in applying for a Concordia College General Excellence Scholarship.

To complete this application, please supply the following documents:
- Copies of the student's two most recent school reports (not required if currently enrolled at Concordia College)
- Copies of the student's NAPLAN reports (if available) (not required if currently enrolled at Concordia College)
- A cover letter outlining the student's past achievements and future goals, and reasons for selecting the Concordia Excellence Scholarship
- A list of awards or achievements in sport, music, debating, leadership, community service and other areas relevant to your application (copies of awards/certificates may be required if shortlisted)
- Details of two referees, which may include the current school Principal, teachers, coaches or mentors.
