- A written statement of no more than 200 words which outlines the student’s achievements in technology and how this scholarship to study a Technology subject will assist in their future career goals
- Supporting evidence of interest, ability, involvement and achievement in Technology subjects, which may include:
  - Copies of technology awards or certificates of achievement
  - Photographs or samples of work/technology projects completed, either at school or home
- Details of two referees, which may include the current school Principal, teachers, coaches or mentors
